Registration instructions

The event is organised with the support of ETH Zurich, Congressi Stefano Franscini (CSF) and Fondazione Monte Verità.

The registration consists of following steps:

1. Register on this website, including talk abstract.
2. Soon after the registration deadline we will send you an email confirming your registration. This email will contain a link to the CSF Online Platform for payment of registration fees.
3. Follow the link to the CSF platform and pay the registration fee of 150 CHF.
   • Only card payments are accepted.
   • Please do not input the talk abstract again.
4. Once the fee payment is successful, you will receive an email with the link to the Monte Verita site, where you can book meals and accommodation. The email will contain a registration code, which you should use to enter the Monte Verita site. We highly recommend to stay at the Monte Verita guesthouse, but alternative accommodation can also be booked in other hotels in Ascona: Hotel Ascona, Seven Boutique Hotel, Hotel La Perla. If you choose to stay in alternative accommodation, we highly recommend to purchase the meal package at Monte Verita.
5. You can pay for the meals and accommodation on the Monte Verita site. The price of meals is fixed, but you can choose the type of room. This is the last step of the registration process.

Regarding the accommodation at Monte Verita, please note:

• It is expected to take the meals package at Restaurant Monte Verità, even if you are staying at an external hotel.
• Meals must be booked and paid latest 15 days prior to arrival. After that date the Platform will be closed.
• Single rooms are limited and some have a shared bathroom.
• If you wish to share a double room with a colleague, please mention both names at the time of booking.
• If you wish to book a shared double room with an accompanying person (not active participant), please mention both names at the time of booking (please be aware that accompanying persons pay the standard room price and are not entitled to the CHF 28.- additional price reduction per person and night granted by CSF/ETHZ to active participants.).
• The rooms via this platform can be booked only for the time of the conference.
• If you wish to book a pre- and/or a post-night, kindly contact the Hotel Reception Monte Verità (info@monteverita.org).
• In case there is no availability at Hotel Monte Verità or in case you do not wish to stay at Hotel Monte Verità, you can look for another hotel in the nearby Ascona village (15/20 minutes on foot from the Monte Verita conference centre). Additional information

1. The congress organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to conference participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of, the conference. Registration or accommodation fees do not include insurance.

2. The cancellation policy for booked meals and bedrooms is dictated by the payment conditions of the Hotel and Conference Centre Monte Verità. Those are given on the Hotel Web page at the moment of booking and payment.

3. The registration fee is generally not reimbursed.
