1. This is a one time registration for AgrawalsOfWashington. Please read all steps.

2. Registration requires one time non refundable $21 fee per family .

3. You do not have to make any additional donations, please select "other" amount and enter $0 for "Support the 100% free platform we use!" towards donation. If you choose to make any donations, they will "not" go to AoW.

4. Registration enables registered families to attend AoW registered family/person "only" events also (in addition to general events) and to be added to AOW Community WhatsApp group.

5. Buyer Information (email, first name, last name) will be used as Primary person.

6. Primary person email will be used for all future communications and ticket purchases and will be used as your registration id as well.

7. Primary person and spouse phone number will be used for What's App community. Please make sure both these numbers are What's App enabled. If you use a different number for WhatsApp, pl. let us know.

8. Whitelist "washington.agrawal.samaj@gmail.com" and "*@AgrawalsofWashington.com" in your email settings, so that messages sent from us do not end up in spam folder. Our mails are sent from either of these accounts. 

9. If you do not receive email from us within 2 week of registering, check your spam folder or contact us. We are all volunteers for this non-profit organization and will process registration on periodic basis.

10. Only one registration is needed for each family, that includes 2 partners and their children. Parents living with them do not need to be registered separately. Siblings should submit their own registration.

11. If you do not receive email from Zeffy, you might have wrong email or typo, contact us at  "washington.agrawal.samaj@gmail.com"  for further steps.

12. Minimal information collected as part of registration, may be shared with other registered families/persons of the community.

13. You consent that all information provided in registration form is correct to your knowledge.

14. By submitting the registration request, you confirm that you belong to Agrawal family, e.g. one of the spouses belongs to one of the Agrawal gotras and consent to the waiver.

15. We reserve the right to approve or cancel the registration request.
