Lamination without Poker Chip
You can use scotch tape, packaging tape or lamination sheets.
I prefer lamination sheets.
I use double sided tape or a dab of glue to connect the front & back, you can see the cuts aren't exactly the same.
After you connect them, you can trim the excess edge so they line up before laminating.
You can see the edges are better aligned after trimming.
I also laminate a travel note to attach later.
This one is handwritten, I prefer printed, but was out of ink when I made this one.
Be careful not to get any air bubbles while laminating. If you use a laminating machine, this shouldn't be an issue.
Next you will cut these out, be sure to leave enough laminate edge that it doesn't split open.
I also cut them out with enough room for a dogtag chain.
Here you can see them cut out, and with enough room for the chain to be added.
Ready to be released! Don't punch the hole too close to the edge so it doesn't rip out easily.
You can release it as is or put it into a ziploc bag. I prefer a ziploc for some added protection.
It may take some time at first, but with practice you can whip these out pretty fast.
I hope you enjoyed!
