Ortega Highway (CA74) and National Forest Routes. Starts in San Juan Capistrano off of the 5 freeway, goes through the Cleveland National Forest and ends up in Lake Elsinore. There are miles and miles of side roads off of the main highway that lead to mountain peaks, valleys, waterfalls and more.
