About Me
As a child I would climb, smell, eat, and explore everything I could. Escaping my room, building Indiana Jones temples, and running around my neighborhood from dawn til dusk is what built the foundation of my adventurous life today. As a teen this progressed to more complex tree-house construction, and exploring more "off limit" locations. Despite the risks, things turned out in my favor and my adventures sparked the interest of Weird California author Joe Oesterle. He was fascinated with my stories and I ended up being published in his next book, Weird Hollywood for my Hollywood Sign and Mental Hospital trips.
The adventures continued through college where I would consistently take my friends on random trips to weird places around Southern California. I eventually became known around school as the tunnel guy when I started giving tours of CSUF's steam tunnels and rooftops. All this "exploring" was escalated even more with my newly declared major in chemistry. Amateur chemical experiments became a weekly ritual.
Luckily I was able to meet someone who accepted my insanity. For the rest of college we explored ands she helped tame my go-in-sketchy-tunnels-and-buildings mentality for the best, and our exploring made a turn towards travel. Our honeymoon consisted of 10 countries in 2 weeks, and we couldn't stop after that. We since have lived in the US, UK, Spain, and Germany and seen many things in between. Today we keep exploring the world everyday and we hope our stories will inspire you to do the same.
