AIIDE-15 Registration Information
The AIIDE-15 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper and poster sessions, invited talks, the opening reception, and access to the electronic AIIDE-15 Conference Proceedings. Technical registrants also receive a discount on attendance at the one-day workshops.

Opening Reception / Poster Session Guests
Admittance to the AIIDE-15 Opening Reception (Monday, November 16) and conference-wide Poster Session (Tuesday, November 17) is included in the AIIDE-15 technical conference registration. Guests are welcome for the following fees:
Opening Reception Guest: $35.00
Poster Session Reception Guest: $25.00
Parking on UCSC Campus
AIIDE-15 workshop participants can park free of charge and without a permit on Saturday and Sunday, November 14-15 in lots 139A, 138, 149 (North Remote) and in lot 112 Core West Structure.
AIIDE-15 technical registrants can purchase daily parking permits for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, November 16-18. Parking will be available in A-permit spaces in lot 126 (near the Digital Arts Research Center) and anywhere around the University Center during the evening reception and poster session in lots 164, 165 or 166.
Prepaid parking passes will be included in onsite registration materials.

Parking Permit: $7 per day or $20 for three days
2015 AIIDE Proceedings
Preregistrants may order a hard copy of the AIIDE-15 proceedings, which will be mailed after the conference. The preconference discounted price will be determined in fall 2015. Shipping and handling will be added. Individuals who select this option will be contacted regarding the final cost after the conference.

Refund Requests
The deadline for refund requests is October 23, 2015. All refund requests must be made in writing to AAAI at aiide15@aaai.org. A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.

Onsite Registration
Preregistration is strongly encouraged via the online form due to limited facilities onsite. Onsite registration will be held in the foyer of the Baskin Engineering Building (https://www.soe.ucsc.edu/) at the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC), on Saturday and Sunday, November 14-15, and in the foyer of the Digital Arts Research Center at UCSC (http://art.ucsc.edu/facilities/darc), November 16-18. All attendees must pick up their registration packets for admittance to programs.
Registration hours are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, November 14-15, 8:30am - 2:00pm; Monday and Tuesday, November 16-17, 8:30am - 5:00pm; and Thursday, Wednesday, November 18, 8:30am - 12:00noon. These hours are subject to change depending on the final program.
