The recipe for oven baked doughnuts asks for a mini doughnut pan- we tried using a cupcake pan instead as we don't have a doughnut pan!

If you spray the pan/ grease the pan before hand it will be easier to take out.

We made the hole by cutting a cardboard tube and wrapping it in tin foil. (In retrospect we should have packed these with rice to stop them rising and being pushed out of the doughnut as it bakes.
