Carl R. Moser, 20th TNGCO.

Carl Moser, was in the Civil Air Patrol (AF Auxiliary) in September 1941, 4 months before Pearl Harbor. He had 400 hours in the back of B-29's training for Japan when the war ended. In the USAF, he trained gunners on the B-29 Superfortress' central fire control system. Carl still flies a small airplane, a Grumman Tiger (160 mph fixed gear).

In 2014 he received a Congressional Gold Medal in Washington D.C. for his CAP service.
