繼上次發文已有四個月時間，現在是時候告別炎夏，勇闖新學年。
今年六月因我家裝修，需暫住在將軍澳和馬灣的親友之家，同時學校考試，我甚少回到大埔，幸好在論壇上認識的一位志同道合者「緊守崗位」，繼續提供本線的最新動態，萬分感激。後來又要進行為期一個月的外地成長營，與本線相隔逾六千公里，產生了種思鄉之情。
八月中再次回到大埔中心，72X 始終仍是我心目中的它，沒有改變。我多次乘搭它往來港九新界，更特別珍惜每次乘搭的機會。我知道，炎炎夏日過去，便是新學年的來臨，便要減少乘搭 72X 的次數，改乘四通八達、方便快捷的鐵路。
穿上新校服，新學制不再是得過且過的過程，而是場學習路的戰役，未來人生路的關鍵。而 72X 則繼續是我的心靈上支持者，乘載着我的理想，穿梭於國際都會上。
It was May since I last wrote articles here. It's now time to farewell Summer time and to be prepared for the new school year.
This June I have stayed in my relatives' home in Tseung Kwan O and Ma Wan due to the redecoration of my home. As well as having examination, I seldom went back to Tai Po. Luckily my friend, whom I met on a bus forum, continued to update and give information of this bus route. Thanks! But after that I had to go to a one-month training camp in foreign country, which made me miss Hong Kong, as the distance between the two places is more than 6000 km.
Then I went back to Tai Po Centre in Mid August. No obvious changes. I always took the route at that period of time, and I extremely treasured the time when I was on this route, because I know, once the Summer time ended, I had to reduce the time I took 72X. Instead I had to take the train, which is more cheap and faster.
Wearing the new school uniform, the new education is not something that we can take it casually. It is a battle in the future learning progress, which is also the key to the final success. 72X will become my supporter, taking me to fulfill my hope in the prosperous world-class city.
