  • Rent: TBD. First month rent due as certified funds upon signing of lease.

Security Deposit

• • Monthly rent x 1.5, due as certified funds upon signing of lease. The amount may be lowered to 1x rent for applicants with excellent credit score and rental history.

  • Applicants will need to have a credit score above 650 and total gross income at least 3X the rent above

  • House is provided with clothes washer & dryer & all kitchen appliances

  • Pets: negotiable. Pet fee, pet rent, and additional security deposit required. Pet policy is here.

  • The house was built in 1964. Although the owner has no knowledge of lead-based paint in the home, Section 1018 of the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992 requires that tenants be given an EPA-approved pamphlet "Protect Your Family From Lead In Your Home" and sign an EPA-approved Disclosure Form prior to leasing any house built before 1978.
