A NEMA 14-50 (240 volt/50 amp) outlet, compatible with many EV charging cables, is present in the utility room to provide fast easy charging of an EV parked at the top of the driveway.
Smoke detector on the ceiling of each bedroom and the hall; carbon monoxide detector on the ceiling in the kitchen and end of the hall.
To test press down on the "Test" button until the alarm goes off, hold down for a moment longer, then release. The alarm should begin and then stop shortly after.
It is controlled by the right-most "light" switch adjacent to the front door of that same wall.
Four things to check:
Is the dishwasher on? Its on/off button is at the upper left of its front door.
Is the switch on the wall above the dishwasher on?
Is the GFCI outlet to the right of the sink on, ie., not tripped?
Is circuit breaker #8 of the circuit panel (in the utility room) on?
