Our Service Programs

As a council, we are actively involved in supporting and servicing local, state, and national groups, organizations and individuals through our volunteered time, effort, and donations. Here are just a few of our efforts this past year:

Each year we raise money in an effort to provide the Cedarcrest Center for Children with Disabilities with a donation toward their continuing success in providing quality care and education for children with severe disabilities.

A few of our Knights with the Cedarcrest Director during a tour of the facility.

Our Knights donated over 830 hours last year in the St. Vincent De Paul Food Pantry serving in every capacity.

Our Council raises money each year to support the Special Olympics by collecting donations at local businesses throughout Hinsdale.

Endeavoring to provide those with comfort and care in their time of need, we routinely raise money for HOSPICE care in Southern NH.

Our efforts help support the Summer Program for the Austine Green Mountain Lions Camp at the Vermont Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

We work to support our local churches. Whether it is by donating money toward Seminarian education, heating fuel, utility payments, and flowers; or by donating time and energy to fix faucets, mow lawns, or repaint facades, we are always ready to help.

Cleaning up the grounds of local churches and helping paint garages and outdoor buildings for those who need are help:

The Knights of Council 6921 play an active role in supporting the Baby Bottle Drive of the Pregnancy Resource Center in Keene.

Each year there are 3 scholarships given to local high school graduates heading off to college. These offerings are raised by the Knights in order to assist scholars in their attempt to afford the rising cost of a college education. The Knights also sponsor the basketball awards ceremony at Hinsdale High School.
