Video recording a conference is a complex task, but one that offers various opportunities, including:

• • Archive, to be able to look back at any talk for education, evaluation, future planning, viewing by Board of Directors and/or Conference Planning committee

  • Sale to conference participants, individual talks, tracks, or the entire conference

  • Benefit to the conference speakers, providing each one with their own talks, and selected talks of their choice that may have been running concurrently

  • Members web site, featuring selected talks on the public side, and more detailed and/or in-depth talks in the password protected member area, as a benefit of membership

  • Public or unlisted YouTube playlist, featuring some or all of the talks; with talks being available all at once, or scheduled daily or weekly

1man1cam has years of experience recording conferences, and at an affordable rate. We offer ultra-high definition 4K video of your keynotes and plenaries; and high-definition recordings of your breakout sessions. We are currently equipped to record up to ten rooms simultaneously and will work with your staff to ensure that each talk is recorded in the highest quality possible.

Recordings are typically provided, post conference, on a 1 or 2 TB external USB3 hard drive, with each talk named with both speaker and title of talk. These drives work with both computers and new model televisions.

Have conference staff and/or AV support available? We will work with them to maximize the quality of both video and audio through optimum camera placement, secondary cameras (if needed) on keynotes, and dedicated audio feeds when speakers are miked by the conference.

Need more than 1 man? Our trained support staff work under the direction of our lead videographer to make sure cameras are rolling, framed, white balanced, exposure adjusted, etc.; and to speed set up and tear down time
