Weight

Throughout our lives we gain and loose weight. Unfortunately, all too commonly today we eat more than we intend and gain weight. This has resulted in our nation becoming unhealthy (hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, etc.) because of the extra weight.

The attached photo shows me in 2008 at Ht. 6'2", Wt. 247 lbs., Waist 44", BF 28%. Presently, I am defined by age 76, Ht. 5'10",Wt. 170 lb., Waist 36", BF 20%. Since the photo I have eaten differently and walked more. According to the charts I'm in a healthy range compared to over fat to obese previously.
