If the Wilderness staff decide to adhere to the actual one vehicle parking policy that is in effect, please designate which car will remain on the site. The other car will be remotely parked and accessible by bus or bike. Two vehicles can be on the site while unloading and loading. Last year Fort Wilderness was okay with two cars per site as long as both vehicles were on the pad but you never know when they will decide to start enforcing their rules.
THINGS TO KNOW / EVENTS: This is NOT a theme park trip. We will NOT be coordinating any group theme park outings. We will have some planned activities at the campground on Saturday and some group meals. There will be lots of free family time to enjoy what is available including: a pool with water-slide, playgrounds, bike paths, tetherball & other sports, exploring nature, campfire sing along, outdoor movie night, electric boat parade and views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks. Other things like boat rentals & horseback riding are available for a charge. The pack has left all day Sunday (after Sunday Scouts Own Service and Breakfast) open so you can plan a family day.
