Overview

Each full day will consist of 2 general sessions, followed by roundtable discussions. There will be approximately 10 break-out sessions per day.

Afternoons will be devoted to skill-building and state or regional planning sessions. Particular attention will be given to allowable cost allocation methodology such as curricula analysis and documentation strategies for at-risk youth which show promise to increase federal Title IV-E participation and thereby decrease overall state and local costs.
