Personal

Dave and his wife Tonya, have been married 28 years and reside in Gallatin, Tennessee. They have two children, Ashlee and David who are both completing studies at Middle Tennessee State University. Dave and Tonya both serve in their local Gideon Camp and have also served in Camp leadership positions. They are also members of First Baptist Church in Gallatin where he serves as Sunday School Teacher and Properties Chairman, having previously served as Deacon Chairman and Pastor Search Committee Chairman.

Prior to joining The Gideons International, Dave served as Chief Information Officer for Servpro Industries in Gallatin, Tennessee. From 1990 to 2000, Dave worked for AmSouth / First American Bank in Nashville and INVEST Financial in Tampa where he served as Senior Vice President for Investment Technologies with senior management responsibilities for both the Nashville and Tampa Divisions. Dave earned his Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from Belmont University in 1983 with emphasis on Finance and Economics.

Gideon Work

Dave was called to The Gideons International in September 2006 as Information Technology Manager. He brings thirty years of successful experience in the Business and Technology arena serving in both Senior and “C” level positions for private and publicly held organizations.

Personal

Mike DeWoody is Director of Operations and Finance for a high-tech engineering company in Rochester, NY; Committed his life to Christ in 1976; Married to Susan who has been an Auxiliary member for 23 years and just completed 3 years as State President; Member of Open Door Baptist Church where he directs the choir, plays in a brass ensemble, and teaches Sunday School and in their Bible Institute. He has been a Gideon for 24 years.

Accepted Christ as his Personal Savior in 1980, lead to Christ by his mom, wife Aimee is an Auxiliary member, has been Gideon for 13 years, managed state operations for several companies and currently President CRI of Alabama (Telecommunications Company) and responsible for all Operations and Sales needs.

Currently serving on the International Program Committee for the International Convention. ISB to Thailand, Chile and to Ukraine.
