This is Mechanical engineering final year project on "improving process efficiency using design of experiments" and has been submitted to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. This task shows the implementation of Six Sigma approach, DMAIC development technique and DOE (Design of experiment) into capacitor manufacturing in mass. The end result suggests that by way of following the theoretical Six Sigma approach and DMAIC steps, the defects from major OTR (Out of tolerance) hassle will be reduced.
