A LITTLE HISTORY

Formed, in January 1908, just a couple of months after Baden Powells first Scout camp on Brownsea Island. The 1st Norwich have a proud and continuous history of helping young people increase their potential as adults and citizens.

Beavers, Cubs and Scouts enjoy exciting programs of games and skills training that create confidence and self worth, developing teamwork, independance and leadership qualities.

Many of our scouts go on to become leaders in their turn. The current team include adults with many years commitment to the group. This brings experience and good support for new recruits to the group.
