You begin the process in Unifrog, not directly on the Common App website.
Log into Unifrog using your school account.
Go to the “Applications” section and click on USA – Common App.
If you have not yet created a Common App account, use the link in Unifrog to create one.
This ensures your account is connected to SISQ and allows your counsellor to upload documents.
Complete your application on the Common App website (www.commonapp.org), using the same login credentials you created via Unifrog.
In Unifrog, make sure you:
Add your list of universities
Choose your recommenders (e.g. teachers and counsellor)
Confirm your deadlines and which documents are needed
Your counsellor will submit the required school documents (transcript, reference, school profile, predicted grades) through Unifrog.
You submit the application yourself via the Common App website.
Important:
Do not submit applications without linking your Common App and Unifrog accounts.
SISQ will only send documents through Unifrog. If you do not connect your Common App account properly, your application may be incomplete.
That is fine — you can link your existing account in Unifrog.
Go to USA - Common App in Unifrog and select “Link existing account”.
Make sure the email address in Unifrog matches the one you used for Common App.
You also need to complete the FERPA waiver in Common App before school documents can be sent.
