Introduction to the university application process. Log into CIALFO for the first time. Begin researching university options and degree programs. Complete career and interest surveys to identify potential fields of study.

Attend university fairs and guidance sessions. Begin shortlisting universities based on location, academic requirements, and interests. Explore extracurricular activities that strengthen applications. Start considering standardized tests (SAT, ACT, IELTS, etc.), if required.

Work on personal statements, CVs, and motivation letters. Identify recommendation letter writers (teachers, mentors). Finalize a realistic and aspirational university list with guidance support. Plan for summer enrichment programs or internships.

Finalize university choices. Begin early applications for universities with rolling or early deadlines. Register for and take standardized tests, if needed. Request recommendation letters from teachers.

Complete and submit applications (Common App, UCAS, OUAC, etc.). Apply for scholarships and financial aid. Track application deadlines and ensure transcripts and supporting documents are submitted.

Monitor application results. Attend university interviews if required. Accept university offers and start visa and accommodation processes. Prepare for the transition to university life.
