Smart Class:

Smart classes are modern methods that provide quality education to the students for better learning outcomes with the help of technology. Traditional classrooms are losing their effectiveness as all the schools are adapting smart classrooms in their educational institutions. Smart classes are equipped with the latest technology such as visualizers, smartboards, laptops/computers, internet connectivity, projectors, amplifiers, speakers, podium, microphones and many more.

As you know, nowadays students are inclined towards gadgets and technology such as mobiles, tablets, computers, etc. They prefer using technological tools for sharing and transferring study materials for their learning. With this, learning is becoming more fun and interesting for the students along with complete attention in the classroom. Smart classes are rapidly changing the way teachers and students are experiencing learning activities with innovative technology. Technology is very important today in the world and students have plenty of tools to gain knowledge from.

According to Indian Education Sector Outlook, the total number of schools in India is 1.3 million and only 10 percent of the private schools have adopted multimedia classroom teaching. Smart classes offer new ways to engage students. They are able to learn difficult concepts by watching videos and animations. With this, learning becomes a fun and enjoyable experience for students and improves their academic performance as well. Smart classes also enable teachers to quickly assess and evaluate students based on their performance by using innovative technological tools.

A smart classroom is a technology-enhanced learning classroom that enhances the way of teaching and learning digitally. The classroom is integrated with the digital displays, tabs, whiteboards, assistive listening devices, and other audio/visual components that make learning easier, engaging, and more interactive. There are 3 smart classes in the school. With aim to facilitate digital learning, smart classes are being equipped with state of art advanced equipments like project, smart tv, loudspeaker, microphone and audio- video recording system. Efforts are in progress to convert all classrooms into smart one. Interactive vidoes, quizzes, puzzles are being enjoyed in these smart classrooms.
