Notices:

  • 8/6 Craig Diego reached out to inform us to contact Listing/Seller's Agent when we schedule a Radon pickup, not the buyer.

Notices:

  • 7/30 Please be sure that you are always scheduling the closest inspector, a list of inspectors home areas have also been listed on the service areas in the info site/ info bot and also on the order form for guidance.

Notices:

  • 6/16 Per Thea-Hi All - There seems to be some confusion because when you are scheduling Mike's late morning appointments it appears that most of the customers are under the impression to expect Mike at 10:30. That time slot is actually an hour window. Mike will arrive between 10:30/11:30. Please be sure and make this as clear as possible with the customers.

Thank you!

Notices:

  • 6/3 Chris does not want to be scheduled for radon pickups more than 50 miles without prior approval. Thank you.

Notices:

  • 5/28 Anything over 50 miles reach out to inspector to approve - CF

Notices:

  • 5/23 Per SMS from Chris Wolter, if anyone reaches out to request to schedule an inspection on Monday, 5/25, please send him an SMS to confirm his availability. Thank you KA

Notices:

  • 5/13 Per CW SMS, "the squire address in cumming needs to be scheduled for Friday morning at 8. They will be calling in to schedule"-MW

Notices:

  • 4/23 Per Chris: Let me know if anything comes in for Saturday afternoon. I MIGHT be able to do it BUT need you call me first please.

Notices:

  • 4/20 Per SMS from Craig he is certified and licensed to do Radon Pickups. They should be primarily assigned to Chris for RPU but in a pinch or a special circumstance the RPU can be scheduled with Craig but he is requesting we confirm with him BEFORE adding a RPU to his calendar.

Notices:

  • 4/11 CW sent SMS stating he can do an inspection tomorrow, Sunday 4/12.

Notices:

  • 4/7 We can now resume scheduling mold inspections. Thank you

Notices:

  • 4/6 Please do not schedule mold service until Craig gives us confirmation. Thank you.-CT

Notices:

  • 4/4 Per Mike email:

"I wanted to let you know that I will be on vacation from April 4 through April 11. During this time, I will not have access to my computer or text messages.

Please direct any questions or urgent matters to Craig while I am away.

Additionally, I have asked Holly at our sewer scope company to resume sending all completed sewer scope reports directly to the team. She had been doing this previously, but it appears to have stopped. Please keep an eye out for these reports, as they will need to be reviewed, updated, and sent as attachments." Thank you KA

Notices:

  • 4/4 Per SMS from Craig "Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. We are waiting on mold test cartridges and hope they will be arriving no later Tuesday. Please do not schedule any mold testing until we get the shipment in and you all get further confirmation to schedule again if you have any questions please call me." Thank you KA

Notices:

  • Per Chris: Chris is available this Sunday 3/8, afternoon only, if anyone request or needs to schedule an inspection that day. Thank you-KA

Notices:

  • 2/16 Ladies update per Mike on Pre-Listings -There are really two situations. And this will be based on one of our marketing pushes going forward. If it is part of a real estate transaction meaning if the there is a listing agent involved and they are going under contract to sell the home and they want to address problems before a buyer does then we do not need payment at the time of booking. If somebody just calls and wants to get an inspection so they know what the condition of their home is like then we need to get payment prior to the inspection

Notices:

  • 1/28 FYI - SMS from Mike "Next time Camille on behalf of the Atlanta Braves calls, to discuss advertising opportunities, please let her know that I am not interested in any promotions right now thank you" - MS

Notices:

  • 1/13 I have added a section on how and what is needed for re inspections to the info site under procedures. Thank you! - CF
