2 Inspections per day
8:00am and 1:30pm
Deviated Start Times: If the inspector doesn't have an afternoon scheduled or it is a light week then making a change on start time is no problem. If there is an afternoon already scheduled, there may not be enough time to start an inspection later. At the end of the day I just want to book as many inspections as possible. But in a way that the inspectors have time to complete their work. I know a lot of Realtors probably complain and give you a hard time about the lock box not opening until 9:00. Like we don't know this. We always explain that we start on the exteriors for the first hour and do not enter the house until 9:00. For those looking to just push the inspection back one hour for lockbox reasons that is not normally acceptable. That will normally push the second inspection and make them late. I would generally say that in the winter when it is slow and the guys are not getting much more than one inspection a day there should be a lot more flexibility but once we get into the spring and the market improves there will be less flexibility as we will want to make sure we can get 7 to 10 inspections per inspector each week.
