Starting 9/25/26 you will need to obtain the Account Verification code from email when logging in online for ShowingTime.

*If over 4 hours in duration or blocked out on the schedule you will need to call ST to request access by calling 1-800-746-9464

You must state that you are requesting access for a full Home Inspection.
Tyler will send over the confirmation email that access was approved with the access info.
Sometimes access is not approved until the day before the inspection.
OpenDoor homes:
The inspector will follow the instructions on the door or call/text 214-378-3667 to get a unique code, which will then be entered into the keypad on the front door. Inspectors can access Opendoor homes without an appointment 6am-9pm every day.
