Occupied Homes: You must ask the following, "To your knowledge has anybody in the house been ill or exposed to Covid or had any Covid like symptoms? If in the event an occupant becomes ill please notify our office so that we can reschedule the inspection."

Phone Reviews: If requested
If no one plans to attend, ask if they would like a phone review.
If a phone review is requested, notate it in the notes as well as choose the correct answer from the drop down on the Attendance tab.
If the client would like a phone review, choose the correct answer from the drop down (Attendance tab) and enter the review time in the Inspection Review Time box (Inspectors tab).
If the buyer's agent requests the phone review, choose the correct answer from the drop down (Attendance tab) and enter "Refer to your agent" in the Inspection Review Time box (Inspectors tab).
If they choose not to have a phone review, choose the correct answer from the drop down on the Attendance tab.
The inspectors are wearing gloves and masks
Rich is mostly doing inspections by request only and you have to get approval from him first. Do not schedule without checking with him.

At Building Specs Home Inspection Service, we take a lot of pride in ensuring your home inspection is the best possible, and there is nothing more important to us than the safety and well-being of our clients, the agents, sellers or occupants of the homes we inspect. With Coronavirus (COVID-19) on the minds of many, I want to take a moment to personally update you on the steps we are taking at Building Specs to ensure the health and safety of all parties involved during our home inspection.
While indoors we will:
Maintain social distancing of not less than six feet
Wear a respirator with an N-95 rating or higher
Wear disposable latex gloves
Wear shoe covers (booties)
Sanitize hands as needed
WE REQUEST ANY CONTRACTORS (PAINTERS, FLOORING ETC.) DO NOT ENTER THE HOME WITHOUT WEARING PERSON PROTECTION EQUIPMENT (PPE).
