The schedule is made the last week of each month and will automatically be added to your calendar within the Google apps. It is made for the entire month. You are responsible for looking at the schedule to see what hours you are working each day. When the schedule is complete, you'll receive an email with a link to the
Monthly Schedule Approval form where you will approve or make changes to your schedule. If adjustments are needed after the schedule has been posted; i.e. someone calls off, something last minute came up, etc., you may be contacted and asked to adjust your schedule to fill in where needed. We do ask that you be flexible with your working hours for last minute changes.
