The following [video is] a leg workout I put together that is easy to do at home. All you need is a pair of dumbbells but could easily replace it with an item at home or make it a body weight workout.

Low Impact HIIT circuit

with Devan ORourke

This is a 20 minute low impact HIIT circuit. There are 5 exercises. Go through a cycle of each of the exercises for rounds of 40 seconds on/20 seconds off, and then start again from the beginning. You can take 30 seconds of rest between rounds if needed. Do this 4 times.

What keeps me motivated to move?

It’s my favorite way to make myself happier! It gets rid of all the day-to-day stress that life hands us (esp w/ covid)
