Picture Dictionaries

Sample excerpt from the Chitembo-French Picture Dictionary of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
This dictionary was made by creating a template in Microsoft Publisher. To create multiple versions of the Picture dictionary in other languages, Mailmerge was used in conjunction with an Excel spreadsheet.

A collection of clipart categorized by Semantic Domains, freely available for use in dictionaries.
Free books in many languages.
According to the Terms of Service some of the images are licensed under the "CC0 Content" license.
Skip contains a stock of about 15,000 photos. All Wycliffe Alliance organizations and their staff members are welcome to use the images in Skip to illustrate their work.
Unsplash photos are made to be used freely. Our license reflects that. All photos can be downloaded and used for free.
Commercial and non-commercial purposes
No permission needed (though attribution is appreciated!)
What is not permitted:
Photos cannot be sold without significant modification.
Compiling photos from Unsplash to replicate a similar or competing service.
All images on Wikimedia Commons should be reusable but each may have different requirements for crediting a photographer, linking a license, etc.
