We offer project funding to address the challenges of old, unreliable, missing or problematic IT and power infrastructure. Africa ICT Services focuses on IT-related projects that directly impact language development, without which language program activities cannot occur.

Suitable projects
Africa ICT Services sponsors projects which directly impact language development activities. For instance, projects that support the operations of the organization, such as :
Setup and improvement of internet connections
Electrical power (generator, solar panels, inverters, cabling, grounding, batteries)
Network infrastructure (fibre-optic, network cabling, network equipment, NAS servers)
Improvements to IT security (e.g., firewall)
Protection of data (file backup systems)

Africa ICT Services does not sponsor projects which indirectly impact language development activities. For example, these projects cannot be funded, but we can provide technical assistance :
Replacement of PBX systems
Video surveillance systems
Gate opening systems
Purchase and replacement of workstations
Salaries of IT staff
