DAS SUPPORT
Lost access to site on the DAS
As a DQP you can renew your access to a meter site by contacting DQP Enquiries: dqp.enquiries@waternsw.com.au
Forgot DAS password
Click the Forgot Password button on the page https://das.waternsw.com.au/
Cannot see meter data on DAS site
If you have connected your Captis to a meter, woken it with a magnet and cannot see data on the DAS. Contact SigSense support on 07 3053 5229 or support@sigsense.com.au
DAS DPQ support
