Classroom Resources

Boost Reading: This is an online, interactive, and individualized phonics and reading program. It is aligned to the DIBELS assessment and our CKLA reading curriculum. It reinforces phonics and reading skills and assesses monthly. It can be accessed at home, links and passwords will be sent out after the school year begins.

Reading A-Z: This is a leveled online library for students. There are e-books and "read to me" books for students to practice independent reading, and quizzes to practice comprehension skills. This program can also be accessed at home, links and passwords will be sent out after the school year begins.

Scholastic Book Club: This is a great place to purchase books of a variety of reading levels. You can build your students home library and help our classroom library too! The link to our class site is below, and I send home the brochures for a monthly order. Our class code is WT36P.

Epic: This is an online library for kids up to age 12. It has thousands of e-books and audiobooks. This site requires a subscription, but is accessible for free during school hours (7am - 3pm).
