Advertising means solicitation through:
Newspaper, magazine, internet, email, radio, television, direct mail promotions, business cards, door hangers, signs, or any other medium.

A licensee shall not advertise or permit any person employed by or affiliated with the licensee to advertise real estate services or property in any medium without clearly and conspicuously identifying in the advertisement the name of the brokerage with which the licensee if affiliated.

AND
The name of the brokerage identified by a licensee in an advertisement shall be the name of the brokerage as shown on division records.

What this means:
On any marketing materials "Signature Real Estate Utah" (our brokerage name on the division records), must be easily identifiable.
You can either do this by using our logo or having "Signature Real Estate Utah" spelled out and clearly visible.
When it is not reasonable for a licensee to identify the name of the brokerage in an electronic advertisement, the licensee shall ensure the electronic advertisement directly links to a display that clearly and conspicuously identifies the name of the brokerage.

What this means:
On digital marketing, "Signature Real Estate Utah" or the brokerage logo, must be at least ONE CLICK AWAY WITHOUT SCROLLING and clearly visible.
Your team is not your brokerage, if you are on a team, still identify "Signature Real Estate Utah"
