Realtor License & Renewal
CE Certificates must be submitted to the Division. Contact the Division if you have questions regarding what classes are required and what you are missing.
36 hours of CE for a real estate salesperson renewal which must include:
3 hours Agency
3 hours Nevada Law
6 hours Contracts
3 hours Ethics
3 hours Risk Reduction
18 hours of any designated areas of CE
*Property management and business broker permit holder must complete the CE required for the renewal of his or her permit.
36 hours of CE for a real estate broker and broker salesperson renewal which must include:
3 hours Agency
3 hours Nevada Law
6 hours Contracts
3 hours Ethics
6 hours Broker Management
3 hours Risk Reduction
12 hours of any designated areas of CE

All Active agents must join the MLS within 45 days of obtaining a Real Estate License. Semi-annual MLS dues - $300.00 each. This does not include key fees.
All Signature Agents are required to have a current State of Nevada License. License must be renewed each year. Expiration date varies per agent

City of Las Vegas Business License
Northwest & Green Valley Agents are required to have a City of Las Vegas Business License. License expires every year on June 1st.

Southwest Agents are required to have a Clark County Business License. License expires every year
