Real Estate Academy w/ Brandon Roberts
The academy is a full week of in person training and interactive work to increase your business production and provide the tools to reach your goals. Each participant receives a certificate once they have graduated the course.

Required Licenses
Nevada Real Estate License - Your license must listed as your name per the Real Estate Division: Example: John L. Doe. To be paid as an LLC, your Real Estate License should be under your LLC as well: Example: John L Doe LLC.
New licensee - You will need to renew your RE License in 1 year. It expires at the end of the month of your active license date. Example: License active date on August 4th, 2021; it will expire August 31, 2022.
You must complete and submit all required CE Classes to the Real Estate Division to renew your RE License.
Returning licensee - You will need to renew your RE License every 2 years, it will expire at the end of the month of your active date. You must complete and submit all required CE Classes to the Real Estate Division to renew your RE License.
Nevada State Business License - You must have an active and current business license. Your license MUST be your name or if an LLC, your name LLC. YES - ACCEPTABLE Example: John Doe LLC. It cannot be under any other name. CANNOT ACCEPT - Example: John Doe Realty
Summerlin Agents - City of Las Vegas Business License - If your license is with our Summerlin office, you will need to apply for a City of Las Vegas Business License. You will need to renew it each year in June.
Southwest Agents - Clark County Business License - If your license is with our Southwest office, you will need to apply for a Clark County Business License. You will need to renew this license every year. The expiration date goes by your filing date.
Green Valley Agents - City of Henderson Business License - If your license is with our Green Valley office, you will be charged $50 every January 1st and June 1st by the our office. The City of Henderson Business License is carried under the Brokerage. Signature pays the $50 for each agent each January and June.
