I earned my Early childhood Teaching Degree from SIUE. My first year of teaching was at Freeburg Grade School in 2009; I have always taught in early childhood education. I taught for the BASSC Autism department for five years, and now have been a proud part of Signal Hill since 2015. My favorite part of teaching pre-k is watching the children become their own community. They grow so much and love learning together! It is wonderful to see the friendships blossom and our classroom become a pre-k family.

My Family
I enjoy spending time with my family. My son, Chase is in college. He is studying computer science. I am the oldest sibling in my family. I have a sister and a brother. I have two nieces and two nephews.. We enjoy boating, swimming, game nights, and dinners together.

I love to bake cookies! My family says I make the best chocolate chip cookies. It is my grandma's family recipe.
Some of my favorite games are yahtzee, clue, sorry, scrabble, and cards.
I love to travel! I still have many places I want to see. My favorite vacation was a 2 week road trip out west with my son and dad.
I love to watch Kentucky basketball!
