Students may wear their Crusader t-shirts and sweatpants EVERY Friday unless it is a Mass Day. If they do not have crusader sweatpants, regular uniform bottoms must be worn. Students may also wear any Siena clothing on crusader casual Fridays, including a SCHS t-shirts or school sport jerseys.
If students choose not to participate, the regular school uniform must be worn.
God so loved the world that he gave his only-begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16).
As parents, there are many things you likely hope to give your child: a good education, home- cooked meals, your love. All of these are good things, great things, and the greatest thing any parent can give your child is this: a living relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. As Catholics, we firmly believe there is no greater way to do so than the sacraments of the Catholic Church. In the sacrament of Baptism, your child is born to new life, made a beloved son or daughter of God. In the sacrament of Confirmation, the life begun in Baptism is sealed by the power of the Holy Spirit, and your child is sent out to proclaim the faith with courage and boldness. In the sacrament of Reconciliation, your child is wiped clean from his or her sins and strengthened with the infinite love and mercy of God. In the Most Holy Eucharist, your child receives the greatest thing possible on earth: the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, God, himself. God so loved the world that he gave his only-begotten Son (John 3:16). You as a parent love your child so much that you want to give him or her great things. Will you consider giving him or her the gift of a living relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ through the sacraments of the Catholic Church? We are here to support you and your family in any way possible. May God bless you, your child, and your entire family this school year. May we all be led closer to Jesus Christ.
