Letter From Siena

Dear families and friends of Siena,

It is good to have our students and staff back in our buildings for another school year! The first days filled with nerves are a thing of the past and everyone seems to be settling into their routines.

Our theme this year is "Stronger Together." As we work toward enhanced academic, extracurricular, and faith development at all six of our schools, we are reminded daily of our mission of inspiring students to be who God created them to be.

God bless,

Kimberly Gardner

Valoro a nuestros estudiantes.

Bendiciones,

Parisa

JPIIA Community Kudos

7th grader Christian P. took it upon himself to install new tetherballs and basketball hoops for John Paul II Academy over the weekend. We love to see this level of care for a school community! Thank you, Christian! The Cardinals are blessed to have you in their corner!

(We'll try not to hold that Vikings jersey against you...)

Vista de Dr. Sue's

Dr. Susan Savaglio-Jarvis is the new principal at St. Rita Catholic School and she loves to keep her families up-to-speed on life with the Royals. If you haven't had the opportunity already, head on over to the St. Rita Facebook page to watch some of the "Dr. Sue's View" videos!

The Dominican Pillars: Retreats, A Day With A Purpose @ SCHS

St. Catherine’s High School has a long-standing tradition of taking time to build community within their classes by doing yearly retreats focused on the Dominican Pillars of study, prayer, service (ministry), and community. Another beloved tradition they have is the focus on caring for others in our community; this day of service is called A Day With A Purpose. On Tuesday, August 31, freshmen and sophomores had class retreats while upperclassmen were at various sites in the community helping with service projects. Please continue to pray for the SCHS community as they reflect and take action!

We want to hear your opinion about the St. Catherine's Black & White Ball. Please take the time to fill out this survey and we will send you an SCHS keychain for your opinion!

Life Starts Here Ministries

In 2019, Fr. Frankie Cicero began running a weekly discipleship course at his parish in Mesa, Arizona. He was tired of seeing Christians not knowing who they were, just going through the motions of their faith without joy or conviction, living in slavery to the world and to their past. These courses were richly successful and attracted people not just from his parish, but from all over the Phoenix valley. A team of mission-minded individuals organically formed around this ministry; they saw the Holy Spirit at work and were eager to be apart of it.

Join us on Sunday, October 17, or Monday, October 18 at St. Lucy Catholic Church in Racine!
