If you experience technical difficulties during the exam that cause you to become disconnected from Zoom or Canvas, you may rejoin.
If you rejoin in a reasonable amount of time, as determined by the exam proctor, you may continue your exam. Otherwise, your exam will be voided. The exam proctor's decision is not negotiable.
If you work on the exam while you are not connected to Zoom, your exam will be voided and any appeal will be denied.
If your exam is voided due to technical difficulties, you may contact Dr. Eric Breimer (ebreimer@siena.edu) for an appeal to retake the exam. Technical difficulties must be verifiable and officially documented to be considered. Dr. Breimer's decision is final.
