Siena College | Theta Upsilon
Delta Sigma Pi is well-known within the Siena community for the mission that we stand behind:
The Theta Upsilon chapter of Delta Sigma Pi aims to cultivate young business professionals by promoting Siena College's core values of compassionate leadership, inclusivity, innovation, lifelong learning, and person-centeredness. We accomplish this thanks to the dedication of a community of business-minded students eager to support themselves and their Brothers’ growth. The chapter and its members focus on professional development, social activity, commitment to ethics, service, philanthropy, and leadership both on campus and in the community.

Our chapter strives to:
Create a culture in which undergraduates have space where they can gain an in-depth understanding of the professional world through the various different events that we organize and attend.
Each semester we host a variety of events including but not limited to professional speakers, workshops, and networking opportunities.
In addition to our home chapter events, our national chapter also facilitates several diverse opportunities to attend leadership conferences that are only accessible to Deltasigs.
Delta Sigma Pi is a professional fraternity organized to foster the study of business in universities; to encourage scholarship, social activity and the association of students for their mutual advancement by research and practice; to promote closer affiliation between the commercial world and students of commerce, and to further a higher standard of commercial ethics and culture and the civic and commercial welfare of the community.
President Ryan Lynch
Hello! Welcome to the official website of the Theta Upsilon Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi!
My name is Ryan Lynch and I am the President of our chapter! Currently with 45 members, our chapter strives on the principles of Delta Sigma Pi: brotherhood, professionalism, service, and scholarship. I can say from personal experience that joining this fraternity has helped me create closer connections with other students in our school of business. By attending both professional and community service events, I have been able to grow as someone who is passionate about business, as well as someone who wants to give back to our local area. The fraternity also allows our members to receive scholarships for their hard work and dedication.
The purpose of our website is to keep you informed on all of our events as well as any other information that you would like to know about! Here you can discover what exact events we have had in the past as well as what we have planned in store for the future. It is a great way for current brothers to see what is next, for interested candidates to see who we are and what we do, and for alumni to stay close and keep in touch.
Delta Sigma Pi runs on a great team effort from our members. Without them, our fraternity wouldn’t be nearly as successful as it is today. Our executive team is constantly hard at work, strengthening the chapter and making it a great place to be! Working alongside such a great and like-minded group of individuals has been the highlight of my college experience, and I am looking forward to seeing what else we can accomplish.
Thank you for taking the time to visit our website! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Ryan Lynch
