Theta Upsilon Chapter

Theta Upsilon is proud to participate in traditions celebrated by fellow DSP fraternities across our nation. We promise our brothers not only a 4 year membership but also a life-long membership.

One of the biggest benefits of membership in DSP is our distinguished alumni network across the globe. Many of our alumni have continued on to successful careers at big-name companies like Goldman Sachs, Northwestern Mutual, NASDAQ, KPMG, and Deloitte.

The Theta Upsilon Chapter at Siena College consists of over 50 exceptionally diverse and talented School of Business individuals who are recognized as elite leaders in professional development, as well as throughout our community. Each semester, our chapter strives to recruit well-rounded individuals who demonstrate outstanding dedication and work ethic, leadership, professionalism, and the potential for success.

By joining our extensive network brothers gain access to a database of various scholarships and awards only offered to students within the exclusive brotherhood.

Brotherhood

Within our home chapter we have a culture like no other. We are constantly working together to reach a common goal. Through this we have grown to become a family.

Service

Giving back is always priority one. That includes brother to brother, but also outside our four walls. DSP is constantly searching for opportunities to serve and improve our community.

DSP as a whole works to create an environment where business students feel confident in a suit both physically and mentally.
