Accelerated Spanish A -  This is an advanced first level study of Spanish that covers all of Spanish 1 curriculum. We will learn many common vocabulary topics such as personal description, family, food, school, community, leisure, health, feelings, and environment.  We will study all aspects of present tense and also learn about aspects of culture related to the language.  This course will culminate in a Checkpoint A Exam.  Passing this exam will earn students their first formal credit in a second language and allow them to earn high school credit next year.
