Future Agriculturist

Future agriculturist Andy Ezell (6th grader) explains 3 different types of soils to Mrs. Noblin's 5th grade Science classes. He brought samples of sand, loam and gumbo in and gave great detail about how farmers use these types of soil. Then, students watched how each soil reacted with water.

Through Addy's Eyes

The students loved looking through Addy’s “eyes" in 6th grade Science! Addy Mara was excited to share her Braille materials with her Science class while learning about the Earth’s Biosphere and Geosphere. She explained how she participates, reads, takes notes, and does the experiments.

Roaring Headlines

ALEXIS SOTO WINS 3RD PLACE!

Each local school within Dunklin County participates in the year Spelling and Math Bee. Each school selects their top competitors in those subject areas. Providing there are no ties, the top two students are selected to participate and the third place student become the alternate. While the alternate does not get to compete at the Bee, he/she is allowed to take the test. This year our own Alexis Soto won 3rd place out of all the area schools at the Dunklin County Math Bee!

Help Stop the Spread

Help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, like COVID-19, by avoiding close contact with people who are sick; covering cough and sneeze; avoiding touching eyes, nose and mouth; and washing your hands with soap and water. If you are sick, you can prevent spreading sickness by staying home and taking care of yourself.
