FEELING 2/22/22
February 22, 2022 was a special day, because when you write it, 2/22/22, it's a palindrome. A palindrome means that it reads the same forward and backward. Feb 22nd also fell on a Tuesday, which is why we referred to it as Twosday. The date is so rare the National Weather Service says a "Twosday" won't happen again for another 400 years, in 2422. Did you celebrate TWOsday? SHMS sure did. We had a dance party right at 2:22pm. The students and teachers seemed to enjoy a light-hearted minute in the midst of their learning!
You might press your luck!
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As always, I encourage you to check on your students' Powerschool account to keep up to date on your students' grades, attendance, and lunch information. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, like COVID-19, by avoiding close contact with people who are sick; covering cough and sneeze; avoiding touching eyes, nose and mouth; and washing your hands with soap and water. If you are sick, you can prevent spreading sickness by staying home and taking care of yourself.
Cloth face coverings should—
fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face

allow for breathing without restriction
be able to be laundered and machine dried
