We will be having our annual Blue v White Inters quad scrimmage on Friday 2/12 from 4:15-5:15pm at the JCC. The swimmers will be competing in a slightly abridged version of a regular dual meet lineup.
We will omit the 500 free and the 400 free relay from the line up for the scrimmage due to time restrictions. Scoring will follow normal dual meet rules:
Individual Events: 1st Place=6 pts, 2nd Place=4 pts, 3rd Place=3 pts, 4th Place=2 pts and 5th Place=1 pt
Relays: 1st Place=8 pts, 2nd Place=4 pts, 3rd Place=2 pts
For Varsity calculation purposes, swimmers receive 1/4 total points earned for relays. Swimmers who earn at least 2 points per meet (average) throughout the season will earn a Varsity Letter. For example, if we have 12 dual meets, a total of 24 points earned is necessary.
