HOME POOL SITE! All practices and home meets are at the DEAL JCC @ 100 Grant Avenue, Deal Park, NJ.

Grant Ave runs East-West and the JCC is located between Monmouth Rd and Norwood Ave (Rt 71) a few blocks north of Deal Rd. Please scroll down for more info on the JCC!

• Daily practice will be held from 4pm-5:30pm. Full practice and meet schedule coming soon!

• Bussing is provided from Shore to practice (leaves Shore at 3:40pm) but no return bus for practices or home meets.

• Pick up at JCC should be no later than 5:45-coaches must stay until all swimmers are picked up

Prerequisites to participation- All athletes must attend 6 practices before participating in a meet UNLESS coming from the championship season of a fall sport (NJSIAA Rules)

Attendance/Commitment - Attendance at all practices and meets is expected and required. Any conflicts must be reported IN ADVANCE and approved by the coaches. Missed practices and/or meets without prior approval may result in sitting out the next meet. Parents, please stress the importance of making a commitment to a team and meeting the obligations involved. Please make every effort to have your children at all meets and practices!

After School/Pre-Practice - While waiting for bus, swimmers are encouraged to work on homework, see teachers for extra help if needed.

Inclement Weather - Anytime school is closed due to snow or inclement weather, all sporting events are cancelled for the remainder of that day. Cancellations will be posted to the website and tweeted as soon as we are notified.

SUITS! Sport Spot (660 Broad Street, Shrewsbury) has the team suit available for purchase. Goggles and other accessories may also be purchased at that time.

Just a reminder to all swimmers and spectators regarding proper entrance and exit use at the JCC. We are very happy to have the use of this facility, and wish to respect the request of the JCC to use the designated doors for exiting and entering the building for practice and meets.

The JCC shares space with the Axelrod Performing Arts Center (the eastern side of the building) and we do not have authorization to use those doors for entry or exit. The western end of the building is the Fitness Center, so please enter through the doors at the western end (NOT the doors in the center of the building near the circular drive...they are for the theater only!).

Please inform all parents and any spectators to please use the Fitness Center Entrance when entering, it would be greatly appreciated. They can view the meet from the spectator balcony which is accessed from the ground level.

Practice Schedule -ALL practices are at the JCC from 4pm-5:30pm unless otherwise stated. On practice days, the bus from Shore to the JCC is at 3:40. There is no bus home. Please note that all swimmers must be picked up from the JCC by 5:45 at the latest!
