There are many services that you can reach out to if you need support.
Emergency Services:
If you or someone you know if is immediate danger contact the emergency services by calling 999.
NSPCC:
The NSPCC Helpline is staffed by trained professionals who can provide expert advice and support.
The helpline operates between 8am and 10pm Monday to Friday and between 9am and 6pm on weekends. You can contact them outside these hours by email at help@nspcc.org.uk.
