Planning to, and taking action, is super important right now!

So many things that we 'just did', like sport, being part of the school production, going to church or youth group, walking to school, hitting the mtb adventure park, hanging out at a mate's place, visiting whanau etc are things that we cannot do now. Many of the things that naturally contributed to our hauora are no longer options.

We need to take planned action to look after ourselves.

The Mental Health Foundation website has some great ideas for looking after our hauora / wellbeing during lock down.

It is easier / better to take action now and look after your Hauora while you are feeling good rather than wait until you crash.

The Mental Health Foundation promotes the following 5 Ways to Wellbeing / Hauora. You could plan to do something to tick off each of the 5 ways to wellbeing each day / week.
