Look after yourself then you can look out for whanau and friends.
We need to take action to look after our Hauora. Those 'feel good chemicals' will be released and we will be more resilient and in a better place to cope with the tough stuff.

If you do not do anything else to look after yourself, do sleep well, eat well, and exercise well.
So many things that we 'just did', like sport, being part of the school production, going to church or youth group, walking to school, hitting the mtb adventure park, hanging out at a mate's place, visiting whanau etc are things that we cannot do now. Many of the things that naturally contributed to our hauora are no longer options.
We need to take planned action to look after ourselves.
