Title IVA

Sherwood Cass R-VIII participates in the Title IVA program at the K-12 level. The goals of the program are: 

1. Provide all students with access to a well-rounded education;

2. Improving school conditions for student learning; and/or, 

3. Improving the use of technology in order to improve the academic achievement and digital literacy of all students.

For the 2022-23 School Year the District will focus on:

• Well-rounded education

  • Purchasing of supplies to update our current PLTW programs in the high school and elementary.

  • Funding is paying for the annual PLTW registration fee and the costs of the durable materials and this year's non-durable materials.

  • Supplies for FACS courses

• Safe and Healthy Students

  • Mental Health resources and/or presentations

  • Safe Schools Conference Registrations

  • Safety Supplies
