• Vertical head and shoulder shots only (leave 1/8” from top of head to edge). Do not cut off top of head, or zoom in on face.

• No full body photos, use of animals, props or costuming, photos on train tracks, photos from phones, selfies, silly faces, underwater, etc. Follows school dress code. 

• Full color. Do not submit with filters, partial color, or black and white.

• Resolution minimum of 300 DPI.

• JPEG files only. No HEICs. 

• Printed size will be approximately 1 ⅝” x 2” (W x H). 

• Label the photo file with the student’s full name, as it appears in the official school files.
